At NEWME, we believe that getting your new wardrobe should be as exciting as wearing it. From our studio at 16 Edingley Avenue, Nottingham, we coordinate a global logistics network to bring British style to your doorstep, wherever you are in the world.

1. Shipping Rates & Tiers

We keep our shipping simple, transparent, and affordable. Your shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total:

2. Order Processing

Speed: We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Tracking: As soon as your order leaves our Nottingham facility, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your "NEWME" journey in real-time.
Holidays: Please note that orders are not processed on UK Bank Holidays.

3. International Customs & Duties

As NEWME is based in Nottingham, England (UK), international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country.

Responsibility: These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
Calculation: We recommend checking with your local customs agency for estimated costs before placing a large order.

4. Shipping Address Policy
